How It All Began

You have to break a few eggs to make an omelet.

Our journey began with an idea to try shaving with the old cup & brush, and shaving soap. A crazy idea, I know. I purchased what I could find in local stores and was disappointed. After some research, some ingredient/equipment purchases, some trial runs, and the "employment" of friends as guinea pigs, we've developed a shave soap we're very proud to offer at a reasonable price.

April Pricing Increase

Due to the continually rising cost of materials and shipping expenses, we are forced to increase the sale price of our soap products and our shipping charge beginning April 15, 2026. If you find/order a product that we missed while adjusting prices, then it's your lucky day. Our products will still be a better value for your money than any canned product, and deliver a superior result. We apologize, and appreciate your understanding. Thank you.

Our Products

We offer amazing shave soap produced in the great state of Oklahoma. Our soap ingredients are 100% purchased from U.S. manufacturers. We truly believe our shaving soaps are superior to what anyone else has to offer. Our 3oz soap should last 6-9 months depending on how often you shave. How much will you spend on cans in that time? Give us a try. What do you have to lose? Razor burn and bumps?

Return and Refund Policy

Overview

Due to the personal/unique/hygienic/individual-use nature of our products (e.g., soaps, brushes), we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed and shipped.
Exceptions

Damaged or defective items: If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and order details. We will determine eligibility for a replacement or store credit on a case-by-case basis.
Wrong item shipped: If we shipped the incorrect item, contact us within 5 days with photos and order details and we will arrange a replacement or credit.

Cancellations & Exchanges

Orders may be canceled without penalty within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours, cancellations are not guaranteed due to product processing and preparation.
Exchanges are not available, except in cases of verified damage, defect, or incorrect shipment as described in section 2.
Proof and process To request assistance for damaged/defective/wrong items, email support@flatrockshavesoap.com with:

Order number
Photos of the item and packaging
Description of the issue
We will respond within 3 business days with next steps.

Authorized Return Shipping

If we authorize a return shipping, we will provide a prepaid label or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Final sale items Some items may be marked “Final Sale” and are not eligible for any returns, exchanges, or credits under any circumstances.
